Boil the oatmeal in a little water (about 1 1/2 times the amount of water as oatmeal) for a few minutes. Keep stirring, it burns easily on the bottom.
When the water has evaporated, spread the porridge on the plate. Put the diced fruit (whatever you have at home: banana, apple, peach, berries,…) on top.
Drizzle with honey to taste and finish with a dollop of whipped cream.
