First prepare the dough for the cherry slices. For this, separate the eggs, beat the snow, stir the sugar with the yolks until fluffy and fold in the flour and the snow.
Then pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake pan (approx. 30 x 40 cm) and bake at 200 °C for approx. 10 minutes.
For the cream, prepare the chocolate pudding with 250 ml milk and let it cool. Cream the butter with the powdered sugar, add the chocolate pudding and stir.
Whip the cream stiffener with the whipped cream until stiff and fold into the pudding mixture. Spread the cherries on the cooled dough and cover with the custard. and refrigerate.
For the glaze, melt the amaretto liqueur, butter and chocolate over a haze, chill slightly and spread over the pudding mixture. Chill the cherry slices for a few hours.
