For the carrot and zucchini pasta casserole, cook the pasta and strain. Peel and dice the onion and garlic and sauté in oil.
Add minced meat, fry until hot, season. Clean and slice the carrots, quarter the zucchini lengthwise, then slice, add everything to the mince and fry.
Mix with the pasta and pour into a baking dish. Spread the béchamel sauce on top, slice the mozzarella and place on top of the casserole.
Bake at 200 °C for about 30 minutes.
