For the Serbian bean soup, soak the beans for 12 hours, drain and add to the boiling soup with the pork.
Clean the leeks and peppers and cut into strips,add to the soup with the bay leaves and juniper berries.
Peel the onion and spike it with the cloves and add it to the soup as well. Cook for 50 minutes.
Season to taste with the spices and stir in the cream. Remove the pork, slice, add back in and serve immediately.
