For the ball mass:













Instructions:

For the power balls, first soak the chia seeds in a little fruit juice so that they become jelly-like.

Then grind all the ingredients in a food processor with the cutting blade to a well malleable mass. If the mass is too dry, add some more fruit juice. If it is too soft, add some tsampa or grated nuts.

Shape into walnut-sized power balls and roll in tsampa or coconut flakes. Leave to set in the refrigerator.
