Bring the bourbon, cane sugar and cinnamon to the boil, cool, remove the cinnamon, mix briefly with the rum, egg yolks and whipped cream and leave to cool. Beat the egg whites until stiff, adding the powdered sugar. Heat the milk. Fold the bourbon and rum mixture into the snow. Half fill a tall cup with the alcohol, pour in hot milk, perfume with cinnamon powder and hand to the victim with a smile.
