A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Shortcrust pastry: ~-
Sift flour and powdered sugar, knead together with 125g butter, and add very little water to make a smooth, firm dough.
Line a 24-cup cake with the dough, about 2, 5 cm high edge
Filling: ~-
Melt the remaining butter with the chocolate in a saucepan on very low heat, fold in the sugar, eggs, syrup and fill into the mold
Bake: ~-
At top / bottom heat, 180 degrees , lowest shelf, in about 40 min.
