Beer Meat with Caraway and Apple Slices

Sauté the onion slices with the meat cubes in lard, season with paprika, pepper, salt and caraway and dust with flour.

Extinguish with beer and cover with liquid, add finely chopped garlic and finish stewing.

Cut apples into slices, sauté in butter, place on top of beer meat as garnish.

Sprinkle with parsley.
