Put the flour, light butter, oil, water, arak and spices in a large enough bowl and make a dough. From the dough divide pieces the size of a nut and form into rolls with a diameter of 1cm and a length of 14cm. Bring the ends together to form a beigel. Brush with the egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a heated oven at medium heat for about 45 min. Cool.
