First, wash, dry and finely chop the parsley and thyme. Slice the bread and pour hot milk over it.
Peel and dice the onion. Sauté onion cubes with garlic in a pan with olive oil, then transfer to a bowl. Add egg, minced meat, mustard, half the parsley, soaked bread and thyme. Mix everything properly and season with salt and pepper.
For the kohlrabi vegetables, peel the kohlrabi and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat butter in a saucepan, add kohlrabi, sprinkle with sugar and let it caramelize. Deglaze with vegetable soup and cook with lid on for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, nutmeg and pepper and sprinkle with parsley.
Form meat loafs from the minced mass and fry them on both sides in clarified butter in a frying pan.
Serve the meat loafs with kohlrabi vegetables.
