Put the flakes, milk and water in a suitable bowl and cook for half an hour to swell.
Combine flour, salt and dry yeast and stir with a whisk to loosen.
Together with sour whipped cream to the flake mixture form, mix with a hand mixer.
Stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
Heat little fat in a coated frying pan on medium heat.
Drop quantity by tablespoon into frying pan and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Place blinis in the oven at 70 °C to keep warm.
Tip: serve with crème fraîche, cottage cheese or smoked salmon.
