Instructions:

For stuffed peppers, hollow out the bell pepper and steam briefly in a little water. Lightly season the inside with yeast seasoning. Wash brown rice, boil in 500 ml salted water for 25-30 minutes.

Mix with the vegetarian paste while still hot. Let cool slightly and add diced onion, yeast flakes, eggs, bread crumbs, the chopped aromatic herbs, salt and nutmeg.

Mix to a dough and fill the peppers with it. Place in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with cheese.

Add a little water and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 30-40 minutes.
