A great pasta dish for any occasion:
1) Heat the oil in a saucepan and sweat the garlic cloves crushed with salt.
2) Clean and dice the onion and the soup vegetables, add and sweat until translucent.
3) Cut the cleaned squid into small pieces, add to the vegetables and also sweat briefly.
4) Add the paradeis pulp, the red wine and the gravy and cook for 40-45 minutes at a low temperature with the lid closed.
5) Add the peeled, seeded and diced tomatoes, season with pepper, thyme, salt and oregano.
6) Cook the pasta in salted water, remove and drain well.
7) Arrange on plates and bring to the table on the spot.
