For the wraps with surimi, cut the surimi into small rolls.

Mix the cream cheese with the coconut cream, a squeeze of lemon juice and the green curry paste. Heat the tortillas according to package directions, spread with the cream cheese and top with the surimi pieces. Roll up tightly, wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate for a few hours.

Then remove the wraps from the foil and cut them in half diagonally.
