Make a yeast dough from flour, yeast, sugar, salt, oil and water in a food processor with the dough hook.

Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise for about 1 hour in a warm place.

Then knead again (with your hands) and place in a silicone loaf pan. Let rise again for about 30 minutes in a warm place.

Then bake in the oven at 160 °C convection oven.
