Instructions:

Melt butter in a frying pan.

Add leek and onion and sauté until soft.

Add potatoes, water and salt and steam without lid at low temperature until potatoes are soft.

Blend everything with a hand blender, then add milk and whipped cream and bring to a boil again.

Then blend well again and refrigerate for several hours.
