Instructions:

Cut veal cutlets in half. Season both sides with salt and season with pepper. Roll up and pin with wooden skewers. Fry in hot fat until brown on all sides. Remove and keep warm. Pour Marsala to the fat and cook at high temperature until creamy. Pour the sauce over the veal rolls.
