For the vanilla rosemary cookies, first sprinkle a few drops of water on the baking sheet. Place the baking paper on top.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C hot air.
For the dough, place all the ingredients in a bowl in order, making a dimple in the dry ingredients and sprinkling in the baking powder. Using a fork, mix the baking powder into the dry ingredients. Then mix all the ingredients together with a fork to form a soft dough. Mix in enough water so that the dough blends well with the fork.
Pour the dough into a piping bag with a smooth nozzle (approx. 13 mm diameter) and pipe small squiggles onto the baking tray. Instead of using the piping bag, you can also use a small spoon to make small mounds on the tray.
Immediately place in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes. The cookies are done baking when they start to color around the edges and on the bottom. After baking, pull them off the baking sheet with the baking paper. Let cool and decorate the vanilla rosemary cookies if desired.
