For the turkey cutlets with ham and mushroom sauce, first wash and clean the meat and cut into strips. Melt the margarine in a pan. Fry the meat in it and then keep warm.

For the sauce, finely dice the ham and chop the mushrooms. Roast both in the frying residue, bind with flour. Add whipping cream and white wine, bring to a boil and season with salt and pepper.

Add the meat and steam for about 20 minutes.
