For the tomato sauce with stuffed peppers, wash tomatoes, cut in half, put in a pot, boil once. Then strain through the liquid soap.
Heat lard in a saucepan, add flour, toast lightly and pour in tomato sauce, season with ketchup, salt and sugar and boil once.
Wash the peppers, cut off the cap and remove the seeds. Peel and press garlic. Mix well minced meat, eggs, rice, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper and stuff the peppers with it.
Add stuffed peppers to tomato sauce and simmer for 30 minutes. Arrange tomato sauce with stuffed peppers on plates and serve.
