For the Swiss pasta salad, cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 9 minutes until al dente. Strain, rinse and drain.

Stir vinegar, oil and herbs to make a salad dressing, season with salt and pepper.

Cut carrots into small pieces. Cut cheese and ham into small cubes. Clean the mushrooms and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Sauté carrots and mushrooms in a little oil.

Now mix all ingredients and season the Swiss pasta salad with salt and pepper. Leave to infuse for a while and serve.
