Cut celery bulb into small cubes and steam in salted water for about 10 minutes until soft, drain. Cut mushrooms into quarters and mix with celery cubes and crab. Rinse lettuce leaves and divide a few leaves evenly in bowls, add crab mixture on top.

For the sauce, whip the whipping cream until semi-stiff, fold in the remaining ingredients and pour over the cocktail.
