Instructions:

For the steamed noodles with granten sauce, first prepare a soft, rather airy dough from the given ingredients and form it into a roll. Wrap it in a well-greased cloth, let it rest for at least 1/2 hour and then steam it over steam for about 20 to 30 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the pomegranate sauce by first browning the flour in melted clarified butter, deglazing with milk and then stirring well. Now add the pomegranates, season the sauce with sugar and let it boil down to a thick paste.
