Leaf spinach neatly sorted and wash well in cold water.
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil, add the spinach and blanch (scald) for about 1 minute. Drain and immediately quench in ice water, otherwise it will lose its beautiful green color.
Then cut into fine strips and mix with the crumbled feta cheese, crushed garlic and spices.
Roll out the puff pastry and spread sour cream in the center. Spread the spinach mixture in the center of the pastry, fold in the side edges, roll up, close the ends tightly.
Place the spinach strudel on the grill cup and brush with the melted butter.
Bake in the Philips Airfryer hot air fryer at 180 °C for about 25 minutes.
