For Spicy Shrimp, coarsely chop shrimp in food processor and mix with nutmeg, a pinch of cayenne, salt and enough pepper to taste.

Heat butter and brown for 20-30 seconds. In the browned butter, stir-fry the shrimp until browned. Remove from oven and season again if necessary. They should be very flavorful.

Chill in a small clay pot in the refrigerator for two hours.

Serve spicy shrimp with whole wheat bread and lemon wedges or toast.
