Instructions:

Defrost puff pastry according to instructions. Melt fat in a frying pan, add chopped garlic and chopped kitchen herbs, sauté on 2 or automatic cooking plate 4-5, season, cool. Add the remaining ingredients.

Place puff pastry sheets on top of each other, roll out to a rectangle (25 x 42 cm). Spread filling evenly on dough, smooth out. Roll up loosely from the long side, place in the freezer for approx. 15 min. Then cut into 1 cm wide slices, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake until golden brown.

170-190 °C , convection oven 15-20 min
