For the spicy marinated tofu, mix wine, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, oil, 200 ml water, garlic, thyme, bay leaves and pepper and boil for 3 minutes.

Pour it over the smoked tofu slices.

It is best to let it marinade overnight. The next day, remove the tofu from the marinade and drain.

Heat some oil in a pan and fry tofu on both sides.

Tastes great on white bread, which was topped with lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes.
