(loaf pan 26 cm long)

Water with salt and honey in the kneading bowl form. Pour the ground spelt on top and crumble the yeast over it.

Knead the dough until it comes away from the bowl. If the dough is too firm, add more water, if it is too mushy, add spelt flour. Let the dough rise with the lid closed for 30 min….

The dough must not be dabbed!

Later, knead the dough heartily and pour it into the greased mold. Let rise again for 15 min….

Brush the surface of the dough with water so that it does not dry out and put the mold in the cold oven, then turn it on, set 200 degrees. Bake for 35 min, and then stand in the turned off oven for another 10 min.

Remove from the mold and spray with cold water.

Cool.
