A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Halve salmon fillet lengthwise and cut into 1 cm wide strips.
In a small saucepan, heat the fat on 3 or automatic heat 12. Stir in flour and sauté for 1 minute. Add milk and whipping cream, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 10 min. on 1 or automatic heat 5 to 6 while stirring.
In the meantime, cook pasta according to package directions in boiling hot salted water. Cut the chives into rolls.
Boil sauce with Pernod, add salmon fillet strips and chives, simmer salmon for 4 to 5 minutes on 0.
Pour the spaghetti into a sieve, drain and bring to the table with the sauce.
