Make white wine and soup to 1/4 of the original mass. Peel the potatoes and make them in salted water. In a large frying pan (or saucepan) heat 1 tbsp butter, cook the washed and cleaned spinach leaves, stirring frequently, until they collapse. Season with freshly grated nutmeg, pepper, salt.
