A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Peel and chop garlic cloves, rinse and clean spring onions and chop. Rinse Chinese cabbage, rub dry and cut into strips. Sauté garlic, spring onion pieces and ginger in 4 tbsp hot oil for about 4 min. After 3 min. add the crumbled chili pepper and the Chinese cabbage strips. Pour in wine and clear soup and simmer gently over high heat for about 3 min.
Cook the noodles in salted water until al dente.
