Instructions:

Remove the skin from the onions and cut them into strips, lightly flour them. Clean cherry tomatoes, cut out house, cut into quarters. Clean parsley and chives, chop finely. Cut ham into strips, cut mozzarella into slices.

Beat eggs well with a whisk, add flour and water, season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, beat the quantity until the dough bubbles.

Dough on spätzlesieb form, press through into light boiling salted water with the help of dough card. Heat frying pan with a little bit of oil, brown onions until translucent. Heat frying pan with butter, add ham and tomatoes, add sparrows, toss and season with nutmeg.

Fold in the chives and parsley, shape into the gratin dish and spread the onions evenly over it. Pour a little whipped cream and top with mozzarella. Bake in oven at 160 to 170 °C for twelve to 15 min until golden brown.

Serve:

Garnish finished casserole with basil and bring to the table in the dish.
