Instructions:

For smoked meat in sour cream dough with mustkraut, first cut off the black edge of the smoked meat and dice the meat into small cubes. Mix with the remaining ingredients to a dough and let it rest for about an hour.

In the meantime, prepare the mustkraut. Cut the cabbage into strips and sauté in a little oil. Deglaze with the must. Add the spices and vinegar and stew until the cabbage is soft.
