For Geschnetzeltes Chinaart cut onion into coarse cubes. Cut zucchini in half and then into slices, carrots as well.
Fry meat in oil, then add carrots first, then onions and garlic cut into small pieces. Let it roast a bit, turning frequently, now add zucchini slices.
