Prepare a marinade of oil, salt, pepper and cumin for the cutlet roast. Peel the garlic cloves and press them into this marinade. Peel the onion and cut it into thin slices. Now, with your hands, marinate (massage) the meat with this marinade.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and sear the meat briefly on each side. Then remove from the pan and place in a roasting dish.

Add the onion rings to the pan (with the oil residue) and let them color well. Pour on beer and season with a little salt, pepper, caraway and barbecue spices and pour everything over the meat.

Let it roast at 190 degrees for about 60-70 minutes, basting it again and again with its own juices.
