For the chard-mushroom quiche, finely chop the onion and sauté in melted butter, add the mushrooms, let them steam a little. Wash and chop the chard and add to the pan. Season with garlic, nutmeg, salt and pepper and let it steam for 5 minutes.

Beat eggs with cheese and sour cream, season and mix with the vegetables.

Line a baking dish with puff pastry and spread the vegetables on the pastry. Cut the remaining puff pastry into strips and place on top of the vegetables.

Bake the chard and mushroom quiche in a preheated oven at 220 °C for 20-25 minutes.
