For the pile, drain the fruit cocktail well. Stir the curd cheese with the cream and the eggs until smooth, vefein with the vanilla sugar of the lemon peel and the rum.
Sweeten to taste and add the raisins. Put the bread slices, the fruit cocktail and the curd cheese in layers in a baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 25 minutes.
