For the dough:


Mix flour and baking powder and put in a mixing bowl. Add sugar, lemon juice, coffee, rum, punch spice and egg and mix everything well for 2-3 minutes. Spread the dough 1 cm thick on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 35 minutes. Remove from baking sheet and cut into 1.5 x 4 cm pieces when completely cool. Prepare the punch glaze. Dip each Stangerl in the glaze and decorate with coconut flakes and pink glitter flakes.
