Predinger Black Bread Soup

Bring the soup to the boil, add the brown bread and let it boil away. Whisk the sour cream in it, season to taste and pour into ovenproof soup bowls. Mix the chopped meat with lemon zest, chives, garlic and parsley and spread over it. Whisk the egg yolk with sour cream and pour over the soup. Bake in the oven over high heat (grill).
