Instructions:

Dice pork, beef and smoked belly. Fry one by one with minced meat and onions. Dice ham sausage and peppers and add.

Stir in 1 large can of peeled tomatoes, ketchup and chili sauce. Simmer gently for about 2 hours. Add 400 g whipped cream at the end.

Tip: This party dish can be cooked well the day before.

Serve with a variety of breads.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
