Potato Salad with Radishes

Instructions:

Cut the peeled potatoes into slices, pour clear soup and sprinkle with salt and pepper in layers.

Rinse the radishes, spring onions and cucumber, rub dry. Cut radishes and cucumber into small slices, spring onions into small rings, cooked ham into small strips. Mix all ingredients carefully.

Stir through yogurt, mayo and parsley and mix with salad ingredients. Cover and leave to cool for 20 minutes.

Before serving, carefully turn to the other side and season again.

Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish tastes twice as good!
