For the potato gratin from the Airfryer, peel the potatoes and slice very thinly, preferably with a cucumber slicer. Finely chop the garlic. Allow the spinach to thaw briefly and then cut into small pieces.

Mix potato slices, spinach, 20 g Parmesan, Soy Cuisine, spices and herbs. Grease a baking dish that fits in the airfryer basket. Pour in the potato mixture, smooth the surface, place the dish in the basket and bake in the airfryer for 20 minutes at 180 °C.

Then spread the remaining Parmesan evenly on the surface and bake again for 10 minutes at 180 °C.

Let the potato gratin rest for a few minutes and serve with a fresh salad.
