For the porridge with dried fruit, stir in oatmeal with water, cinnamon and a pinch of salt, bring to the boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Gradually add just enough milk to make a creamy porridge. Cut plums and apricots into small pieces. Peel apples, cut into quarters, remove core and grate coarsely.
Mix all three ingredients into the porridge. Fill cooked porridge into bowls, sprinkle with chopped almonds and serve.
