For the plaice fillet with sauerkraut pancakes and cress cream, first mix a marinade of lime juice, honey and pepper. Soak the plaice fillets in it for about 15 minutes.

In the meantime, grate the potatoes coarsely and squeeze them well. Cut the sauerkraut into small pieces. Mix all ingredients for the pancakes and form into palm-sized pancakes. Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the pancakes on both sides until crispy.

Remove the plaice fillets from the marinade, drain and fry in a little oil on both sides.

Mix the ingredients for the cress cream.

Serve the plaice fillets with sauerkraut pancakes and cress cream.
