Instructions:

For the peanut cookies, knead together all the ingredients for the shortbread (butter chilled) with cold hands and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours wrapped in cling film.

Then roll out and cut out figures as desired. Bake on a baking tray covered with baking paper at 170 °C for about 10 minutes.

For the decoration, melt the chocolate coating in a water bath and add a few drops of peanut oil. Dip the cookies partially in it and place them on baking paper or a baking rack.

Place peanut halves still on the soft glaze and let cool.
