Drain peaches and cut into narrow wedges.
Wash the lemon or lime and peel the peel thinly.
Cut the peel into strips and squeeze out the juice.
Mix curd cheese, coconut cream and lime juice.
Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
Arrange peach wedges on dessert plates. Drizzle coconut cream on top of peaches or place as a blob on top.
Garnish with lime or lemon zest and decorate with coconut chips and lemon balm leaves as desired.
