For the pasta bake Bolognese, peel the onion and carrots. Cut both into small cubes. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan and fry mince until crumbly.
Add onion and carrot. Peel and press garlic and fry briefly. Stir in tomato paste and peeled tomatoes.
Mash tomatoes with a wooden spoon. Pour in red wine. Let everything boil down to a creamy sauce (about 20 minutes) and season with salt and pepper.
In the meantime, cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water according to instructions until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain well in a colander.
Stir 1 tablespoon parsley into the sauce. If necessary, season again with salt and pepper. Mix the pasta with the sauce and place in a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 degrees, gas stove: level 3) for 20 bís 30 minutes.
