Instructions:

Peel the sausages and cut them into slices. Very small cocktail sausages whole, larger ones cut once diagonally. Rinse tomatoes, remove flower stalks, peel each according to choice. Remove the peel from the cucumber, cut in half and cut out balls with a ball cutter. Mix all prepared ingredients together.

Rinse the fresh kitchen herbs, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stems, then chop coarsely. Add to the salad along with the silver onions. Mix a marinade of mustard, salt, vinegar, black pepper from the mill and oil, pour over the salad and leave for 5 minutes.

Stir in 50 g arugula (rocket) instead of the kitchen herbs.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
