Rinse the peppers, remove the stem and seeds and cut into quarters. Peel the tomatoes, cut them into quarters and remove the seeds. Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces and fry them in a saucepan in a little oil. Remove the sausages, drain them and put them in a dish. Roast the bell pepper quarters briefly in the fat of the sausages, remove and add to the sausage pieces in the Reindl form.

Add the tomato quarters, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped bay leaves, mint, salt and pepper to the sausage fat. Sauté everything, extinguish with red wine and simmer for a few minutes. Now add the sauce to the paprika and sausage form. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Mix well and add a little oil. Simmer again for 20 min. at medium heat on a low flame and bring to the table in the Reindl.
