For the pancakes with Chinese vegetables, mix flour, eggs, milk and a pinch of salt to make a pancake batter. Let rest a bit and then bake large, thin pancakes.

Soak morels in lukewarm water for 30 minutes. Heat the soybean oil in a pan and cook the Chinese vegetables in it. Add the sherry and the drained morels.

Thicken with cornstarch and season with china seasoning. Fill the pancakes with it and serve.
